Every angler knows it's windy in Wyoming. Just how windy? You can check out this windsock to gauge how hard it's blowing.

"This windsock is outside of the National Weather Service in Cheyenne. It is easy to find, since you can see the Doppler Radar from just about everywhere in Cheyenne. Just look for a giant golfball, and that's where its at!"
